PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for operations at an elevated place capable of facilitating operations from a place on the ground by making operating units such as cutting blades at the tip freely exchangeable according to contents of the operations or making the operating units such as the cutting blades freely rotatable and bendable depending on operation sites. SOLUTION: This tool for operations at an elevated place is obtained by freely bendably attaching an operating member 14 having operating units 15 such as cutting blades attached to the tip thereof to the tip of a main part 1 with a securing shaft 8 having a space 1 formed in the central part by dividing or bending the securing shaft 8 screwing an internal thread unit 17 built in the operating member 14 so as to freely slide in the shaft direction onto an external thread unit 4 at the tip of the main part 1 and thereby attaching the operating member 14 so as to be freely rotated, mounted and removed from the main part 1.
