The present invention relates to an ankle pumping exercise apparatus. More specifically, the ankle pumping exercise apparatus includes a foot fixation member which pivots feet of a user, a pumping member which hits ankles, and a lamp member which emits far-infrared rays. Therefore, the ankle pumping exercise apparatus enables common people, and the elderly and infirm to perform an ankle pumping exercise in an easy and convenient manner, prevents noise and vibration generated when the ankle pumping exercise is performed, and promotes health by activating blood circulation.
