PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tourniquet with a pad capable of simply oppressing a wound even if unskilled and not generating unnecessary bulkiness after adaptation.SOLUTION: This tourniquet with a pad includes a fabric belt 1, a pad 4 pasted to the inner surface of one end part of the fabric belt 1 and a first locking piece 2 laminated to the outer surface of one end part of the fabric belt 1. The fabric belt 1 is woven from elastic yarns running in the longitudinal direction of the fabric belt 1 and has strong stretchability in the longitudinal direction. The pad 4 is applied to the wound and equipped with a nonwoven fabric constituted by entangling a sheet comprising a stretchable net having stretchability in the longitudinal direction of the fabric belt 1 and a cotton web to integrate them. The first locking piece 2 has a locking member provided to its non-pasting surface and can be locked with the inner surface of the fabric belt 1. Further, a second locking piece 3 laminated so as to exceed the other end edge of the fabric belt 1 may be provided to the outer surface of the other end part of the fabric belt 1. The locking member capable of being locked with the outer surface of the fabric belt 1 is provided to the inner surface of the second locking piece 3 exceeding the other end edge.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 熟練しなくても簡単に傷口を圧迫でき、しかも、適用した後に不必要なかさばりの生じないパッド付き止血帯を提供する。【解決手段】 このパッド付き止血帯は、織物帯1と、織物帯1の一方端部の内面に貼合されたパッド4と、織物帯1の一方端部の外面に貼合された第一係止片2とからなる。織物帯1は、長手方向に走行する弾性糸で織成されてなり、長手方向に強力な伸縮性を持つ。パッド4は、傷口に当てられるものであり、織物帯1の長手方向に伸縮性を有する伸縮ネットよりなるシートと、コットンウェブとが交絡一体化されてなる不織布を具備している。第一係止片2は、その非貼合面に係止部材が設けられており、織物帯1の内面に係止しうるものである。また、織物帯1の他方端部の外面に、他方端縁を超えて貼合された第二係止片3を具備していてもよい。他方端縁を超えた第二係止片3の内面には、織物帯1の外面に係止しうる係止部材が設けられている。【選択図】 図2
