PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary napkin capable of reducing leakage and a sense of discomfort by preventing solids such as clods of menstrual blood or endometrium, etc. from sliding on the surface.
SOLUTION: Absorbers 4 and 5 are interposed between a top sheet 3 disposed on the front surface side and a back sheet 2 disposed on the outermost surface on the rear surface side. A blood outlet portion which faces blood outlets of the absorbers 4 and 5 is formed as a recess 22 which is one-step lower. A pair of lids 23 formed by bending part of the top sheet 3 extend from the top sheet 3, and a slit S is present between the pair of lids 23.
