This invention discloses an outer fastener to solve the fabrication inconvenience problem due to the complex structure of traditional outer fastener. The outer fastener comprises a body, at least one pivot member and a plurality of fixed members. The body has a fixed portion having a plurality of holes with an inner thread and extending an extended portion at one end. The pivot member is pivotally connected and axially slid with the extended portion of the body. The pivot member has at least one opening with an inner thread. The fixed member has an outer thread on an outer circumference face.
