PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To swiftly, smoothly and securely make the negative pressure suction force act on a suction port when a suction valve is operated for the sucking operation.
SOLUTION: A valve member 21 of the suction valve 10 is in an atmospheric air releasing position with a first valve part 28 seated on a first valve seat part 26 by the action of a return spring 35 and with a second valve part 29 retained at a position separated from a second valve seat part 27. When the valve member 21 is pushed in, the first valve part 28 is seated on the first valve seat part 26 and retained as it is on the way of the pushing stroke and the second valve part 29 is seated on the second valve part 27, and a suction source side path 12 is in a blocked position not to communicate with atmospheric air nor a suction port side path 11. If the valve member 21 is further pushed in, the suction source side path 12 communicates with the suction port side path 11 to be in a sucking operation position where the negative pressure suction force inside the suction source side path 12 acts on the suction port side path 11.
