The present invention relates to an integrated incubator for aquarium fish and a fry tank capable of separating. According to the present invention, water after filtering floating matter by passing the water through a sponge is inserted into the incubator by attaching the incubator on the upper side of a water tank, and the water flowed into a control valve is controlled so the fish roe can be safely hatched. The hatched fry are naturally transferred to the fry tank. The damage by the discharged water of the fry transferred to the fry tank is prevented through the sponge on the floor. A filter, the incubator, and the fry tank are manufactured to be attached to and detached from each other using magnets for different situations, so the healthy condition of the roe and fry can be maintained.
