The user monitoring method comprises the steps of conversion matrix determination, additional measurements obtaining, conversion of the acquired additional measurements to the users coordinate system using the transformation matrix, and processing of the converted, acquired additional measurements to determine at least one user position, user movement, user activity, user respiration rate and/or user pulse rate.
