PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mask in which a good balance between a feeling of fitting and a sense of being oppressed can be obtained while obtaining a sufficient heat effect, and a wide range is warmed, and thereby a sense of full body relaxation is improved more greatly.SOLUTION: A warming device 50 includes: a mask body part 51 for covering up both eyes； a heating element provided in a body part； and a pair of ear hook parts 52 L, 52R bonded at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the body part, respectively, and being held to cover both wearer's eyes by the body part.
