A mask, comprising: a connector (10), an anti-asphyxia valve (15), an elbow (20), a shell (30), a cushion (50), a frame (80) and a headgear (90). The elbow (20) is connected to the connector (10) via the anti-asphyxia valve (15), and the shell (30) is connected to the elbow (20). The cushion (50) is disposed at an end of the shell (30) away from the elbow (20). The frame (80) is detachably sleeved on the shell (30). The frame (80) comprises an engaging portion (81), an arc-shaped bridge (83) extending outwards from the engaging portion (81) and a connecting end (85) formed at an end portion of the arc-shaped bridge (83), two sides of the engaging portion (81) also respectively extending outwards to form two pulling portions (812). The headgear (90) is used for connecting the two pulling portions (812) and the connecting end (85) of the frame (80) so as to assist in the wearing of the mask.
