The present invention relates to an analysis method using fetal biometric data, and a method and a system for analyzing a fetal growth state. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for analyzing a fetal growth state based on fetal biometric data measured using ultrasonic waves. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for analyzing a fetal growth state based on fetal biometric data comprises the steps of: measuring a fetal head circumference (HC) based on an ultrasonic image measured by ultrasonic diagnosis equipment measuring a fetal biparietal diameter (BPD) based on the ultrasonic image measured by the ultrasonic diagnosis equipment and analyzing the condition of a fetus in consideration of the measured fetal HC and BPD. According to another embodiment of the present invention, the method for analyzing a fetal growth state based on fetal biometric data comprises the steps of measuring the fetal biometric data based on a fetal HC, a fetal BPD, a fetal abdominal circumference (AC), and a fetal femur diaphysis (FDL) based on the ultrasonic image measured by the ultrasonic diagnosis equipment calculating a fetal growth similarity index (FGSI) by applying a similarity index method to the measured HC, BPD, AC, and FDL, and calculating fetal growth overall magnitude (FGOM) and analyzing the fetal growth state based on the calculated FGSI and FGOM.
