The optical therapeutic apparatus may include: an LED rim having multiple LED light sources； and a pair of light guide plates which are provided on both sides of the LED rim, wherein the light guide plates may include: at least one concave part on the incident side where the light is incident； and a light-emitting pattern comprising multiple fine particles on the emitting side where the light is emitted.제조방법이 간단하고, 충분한 광확산 및 광추출을 얻을 수 있으며, 다양한 파장의 빛을 추출할 수 있고, 이물질에 의해 기능이 상실되는 것을 방지하며, 외부의 스크래치에 강하고, 도광판 전체에 걸쳐 충분한 빛의 강도 및 광출사량을 얻을 수 있는 미립자를 포함하는 도광판을 이용한 LED 광치료기를 제시한다. 그 광치료기는 다수개의 LED 광원을 탑재한 LED 림 및 LED 림을 중심으로 양측의 배치된 한 쌍의 도광판을 포함하며, 도광판은 빛이 입사되는 입사면에는 적어도 하나의 오목부가 형성되어 있고, 빛이 출사되는 출사면에는 다수개의 미립자가 층을 이루어 형성된 광출사패턴을 포함한다.
