PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new orthosis which is worn from a lower leg to a foot and which can guide lower leg rotation during a walking motion. A lower leg rotation orthosis 100 according to the present invention includes a sole plate 120 provided with a pair of support side plates 110 upward from left and right edges, and a lower leg support 130 supported by a joint portion formed at a tip of the support side plate 110. A lower leg brace comprising: a lower leg cuff 140 fixed to the lower leg strut 130, wherein a joint shaft fixed to a joint member provided at a lower end of the lower leg strut 130 has one joint portion provided in a joint portion. The lower joint cuff 140 is rotatably supported by a dynamic bearing, and the other joint portion is supported by a triaxial rotation bearing provided in the joint portion. The lower leg cuff 140 is curved to allow bending. The portion 141 is provided to allow different rotation ranges on the left and right of the rotation bearing.
