A wriggler cultivating device is disclosed, which is divided into an inner box and an outer box. The outer box is filled with cultivation solution for wriggler breeding. When the inner box is placed, the wrigglers are forced to be risen along the rising slope, and will swim from the outer box to the inner box through the unidirectional exit.
