PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical guidance device in an immediate dental implant which can be safely and accurately positioned, can be treated immediately and is convenient, and can save time and cost. A main structure of an immediate dental implant surgical guidance device comprises a pedestal 1, a containment space 11, a sphere 2, a perforation 21, and an adjusting component 3. The dentist places the pedestal 1 on the missing tooth in the patient's oral cavity, fixes it with a colloid, takes a CT scan, and after diagnosis and evaluation by the dentist, controls the adjustment part 3 to control the sphere 2 Can be moved in the containment space 11 to change the angle and position of the perforation 21 in the sphere 2 and the dentist can use a dental implant drill into a predetermined space formed by the perforation 21 in the sphere 2.
