The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a calcium phosphate-based bioabsorbable micro-screw which fixes a blocking membrane for protecting re-alveolar used during induced bone regeneration surgery which is performed in the restoration of local bone damage or enhancing the re-alveolar of an artificial tooth implanted portion. The present invention may include the steps of: preparing complex powder by mixing hydroxyapatite powder and beta-tricalciumphosphate powder； preparing screw molding powder by injecting and mixing a binder to the complex powder； molding the screw molding powder in the shape of a micro-screw by using an injection-molding unit； first heat-treating of the molded micro-screw； and second heat-treating of the first heat-treated micro-screw. The micro-screw manufactured by the method does not require a second removal surgery after treatment since it is absorbed by the human body, does not generate the problem of a lowered recovery strength due to overprotection of the scar portion due to fixation of excess metal, and minimizes side effects.본 발명은 인공치아 시술을 위한 임플란트 식립 부위의 흡수된 치조재 증강 및 국소적인 골 결손 회복을 위해 시술되는 골유도재생술식에서 시술된 치조재를 보호하는 차단막을 고정하는 칼슘포스페이트 기반 생체흡수성 마이크로스크류 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 그 구성은, 하이드록시아파타이트 분말과 베타-트리칼슘포스페이트 분말을 상호 혼합하여 복합분말을 마련하는 단계； 상기 복합분말에 바인더를 투입하고 혼합하여 스크류성형분말을 마련하는 단계； 상기 스크류성형분말을 사출성형기를 이용하여 마이크로스크류 모양으로 성형하는 단계； 상기 성형 된 마이크로스크류를 1차 열처리하는 단계； 상기 1차 열처리 된 마이크로스크류를 2차 열처리하는 단계； 로 이루어진다.상기의 방법으로 제조된 본 발명의 마이크로스크류는, 생체흡수되어 치유 후 2차 제거 수술이 필요 없고, 또 과다한 금속이 고정되어 있어 상처 부위가 과보호되어 회복강도가 낮아지는 문제점이 발생하지 않으며, 부작용이 발생되지 않는 효과가 있다.
