The present invention provides an apparatus for displaying an ultrasound image and a method thereof capable of correctly determining a premature birth risk by correctly setting an internal OS (IOS) interest region and an external OS (EOS) interest region and capable of easily checking the premature birth risk by providing degrees of elasticity in the set IOS interest region and the set EOS interest region by various methods. The present invention relates to the apparatus for displaying an ultrasound image and the method thereof.
