The present invention relates to an apparatus for automatically separating mask pack sheets comprising a cylinder apparatus which includes: brushes which adhere to a plurality of stacked sheets to separate the same into individual sheets an adsorption plate which has a plurality of brushes formed on a lower surface thereof to adsorb and separate the sheets a separation plate which is formed on a lower portion of the adsorption plate to separate the separated individual sheets while being attached and detached to/from the adsorption plate by having holes, formed so that the brushes can be inserted and the cylinder apparatus which attaches and detaches the separation plate to/from the adsorption plate by ascending and descending the adsorption plate or the separation plate.
