The present invention includes a method to reverse the trend towards progressive resistance to consecutive treatments for T-cell lymphoma in a patient. This method includes selecting a patient having T-cell lymphoma, wherein the patient has had at least one prior treatment for T-cell lymphoma, wherein the prior treatment comprises non-10-propargyl-10-deazaaminopterin and administering to the patient a composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of 10-propargyl-10-deazaminopterin, whereby the trend towards progressive resistance is reversed.본 발명은 환자에서 T-세포 림프종에 대한 연속적인 치료에 대하여 점진적 저항성으로의 경향을 반전시키는 방법을 포함한다. 본 방법은 T-세포 림프종이 있는 환자를 선택하는 단계로서, 상기 환자는 T-세포 림프종에 대한 사전 치료를 적어도 1회 받았고, 상기 사전 치료는 10-프로파길-10-데아자아미노프테린이 아닌 것을 포함하는 것인 상기 선택하는 단계 및 10-프로파길-10-데아자아미노프테린의 치료적 유효량을 포함하는 조성물을 환자에게 투여하여 점진적 저항성으로의 경향이 반전되는 단계를 포함한다.
