PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cuff pressure controller capable of automatically executing proper zero point adjustment of a pressure sensor, a tracheal tube with a cuff, and an artificial respirator.SOLUTION: A cuff pressure controller used for properly maintaining internal pressure of a cuff comprises: a pump for supplying gas into the cuff internal piping for connecting the pump and the cuff an exhaust valve for exhausting the gas in the cuff through the internal piping a pressure sensor for measuring internal pressure of the internal piping and a control part for controlling internal pressure of the cuff by operating the pump or the exhaust valve in accordance with the internal pressure of the internal piping, which is measured by the pressure sensor. The internal piping can be separated from the cuff when the cuff pressure controller is not in use. The control part automatically performs zero point adjustment of an output value of the pressure sensor when the control part detects that the internal piping is separated from the cuff and is in an atmosphere open state where the internal piping is open to the atmosphere.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
