PURPOSE: A walking aid vehicle is provided to help a safe walk of a user with inconvenience as a brake operation is easy and a deceleration mode is selectively operated during drive and in a downhill road.CONSTITUTION: A walking aid vehicle comprises a main frame (10) an assisting frame (30) and a brake unit. The main frame includes a handle (12) arranged in an upper part main legs (10a,10b) connected to a lower part heating an upper direction from both ends of the handle a front wheel (14) installed separately in the lower part of the main leg allowing direction control and a first front link member (16) which separates the front wheels being installed between the main legs. The assisting leg comprises each assisting leg (30b) cross-linked allowing assembly with each main leg rear wheels installed in a lower part of the assisting leg and a rear link member which separates the rear wheels being installed between the assisting legs.
