Provided is a drying and sterilizing fermentation device using dead livestock, capable of grinding meat together with bones of dead livestock to produce feed with increased drying and fermentation efficiency. According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the device comprises: a treatment enclosure having a dead livestock inlet through which dead livestock and additives are introduced from an upper portion thereof, and a bad odor outlet for removing bad odor generated during a drying/fermentation process; a grinding screw chamber which is horizontally arranged on an upper portion of the inside of the treatment enclosure to form a grinding chamber and includes grinding holes for performing grinding formed and distributed on the surface thereof; a plurality of grinding screws arranged inside the grinding screw chamber horizontally in parallel to support each other to be able to simultaneously rotate and configured to grind dead livestock introduced through the dead livestock inlet; a fermentation drum arranged on a lower portion of the inside the treatment enclosure, receiving ground material discharged through the grinding screw chamber, and including a feed discharging port for discharging sterilized and fermented animal feed to one place; a stirring screw rotatably mounted on the fermentation drum to mix the ground material discharged through the grinding screw chamber with additives; a hot air blower mounted on a treatment enclosure and configured to supply hot air to the inside of the fermentation drum so that sterilization and fermentation are performed under a certain temperature; a processed feed discharge door mounted on one side of the treatment enclosure in an openable and closable manner to discharge sterilized and fermented feed from the fermentation drum; and a driving motor mounted on the treatment enclosure side to rotate the plurality of grinding screws and the stirring screw.본 발명은 폐가축의 육질과 함께 뼈까지 분쇄가 가능하고, 건조 및 발효 효율을 높여서 사료 제조가 가능토록 한
