PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbonic acid beverage retained and enhanced in carbonic acid feeling in mouth when drinking, and suppressed in release of carbonic acid when leaving as it is in a container after opening.SOLUTION: This carbonic acid beverage is enhanced in carbonic acid feeling, and retains the stimulation of carbonic acid gas in the mouth by the addition of a minute thickening stabilizer of a median diameter of &le300 &mum in an extent of avoiding sensation in the mouth without changing the taste and flavor itself of the carbonic acid beverage. Furthermore, carbonic acid is hardly come off after the beverage is poured into a glass.
