The present invention provides a three-dimensional (3D) oral scanning device and a 3D oral scanning method, which obtain accurate and reproducible light scan data by using an oral light scannability improver composition when a doctor captures an intraoral structure of a patient in a dentists office, and improve quality of a plurality of images by filtering the plurality of images of the intraoral structures obtained from a plurality of points based on a pixel strength value. The 3D oral scanning device for three-dimensionally capturing an intraoral structure by using an oral light scannability improver composition comprises: a light source part generating measuring light； an imaging part detecting reflecting light reflected to the intraoral structure by the measuring light； a brushing part applying the light scannability improver composition to the intraoral structure； a control part controlling measurement of the intraoral structure； and a display part displaying a 3D diagnosis image of the intraoral structure.본 발명은 치과에서 의사 등이 치과 환자의 구강 내 구조물을 촬영할 때 구강용 광스캐닝성 향상제 조성물을 이용하여 정확하고 재현성이 있는 광스캔 데이터를 획득하며, 복수개의 시점에서 획득한 구강내 구조물의 복수개의 영상을 픽셀 강도 값에 기초하여 필터링함으로써 복수개의 영상의 품질을 개선하는 3D 구강 스캐닝 장치 및 3D 구강 스캐닝 방법을 제공할 수 있다.
