The present invention relates to a sulfate-free cosmetic surfactant cleanser which contains as surfactants biosurfactants in combination with acyl lactylates. The cosmetic cleanser has excellent washing and foaming properties. La présente invention concerne un nettoyant cosmétique sans tensioactifs à base de sulfate qui contient comme tensioactifs des biotensioactifs en combinaison avec des lactylates d'acyle. Le nettoyant cosmétique présente un excellent pouvoir lavant et moussant.
