The plate-like grafting member has a main surface on one side in the direction of its thickness and at least one plant holding part is provided on the main surface. The grafting device has a cutting part and a grafting part. The cutting part is so configured for cutting the stem of a plant to the grafted, the plant being held by at least one plant holding part of the grafting member.
