Disclosed is a device for diagnosing a muscle unbalanced condition and for prescribing exercise. The device comprises: a communication portion for communicating with an external device； a gyro sensor attached to each predetermined part of a body and measuring a muscle movement state of each of the predetermined part； a gyro reception portion for receiving measurement information from the gyro sensor； and a control module for diagnosing the muscle movement state of each of the predetermined part by comparing the measurement information received through the gyro reception portion with pre-collected normal muscle movement state information with respect to each of the predetermined part, wherein the control module is able to provide the diagnosed muscle movement state information to the external device through the communication portion.
