PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid level adjustment mechanism that can perform liquid level adjustment of a chamber without using an overflow line and a blood purification device equipped with the liquid level adjustment mechanism.SOLUTION: A liquid level adjustment mechanism includes: a chamber 10； a first communication line, one end side of which is connected to a base end side of an introduction port of the chamber； a second communication line, one end side of which is connected to the introduction port of the chamber； a first electrode 51 provided to the first communication line； a second electrode 52 provided to the second communication line； a ventilation line 121, one end side of which is connected to a vent hole of the chamber； an on-off valve 122 provided to the ventilation line； and liquid level adjustment means 100 for the liquid of the chamber body.
