Vorzugsweise enthält das Gitter oder Netz zusätzlich zu den nicht-resorbierbaren länglichen Körpern resorbierbare längliche Körper, welche mindestens eine resorbierbare und bioaktive organische Verbindung, insbesondere ausgewählt aus Kollagen und Hydrokolloiden, enthalten. Die Erfindung umfasst auch eine Wundauflage, die die erfindungsgemäße Primärauflage in Kombination mit einer Sekundärauflage enthält.
