The present invention relates to a method for extracting brain information based on the micro-movement of a body, which includes the steps of: photographing a face of a subject by using an image camera extracting micro-movement data about the micro-movement of a face part by calculating an average difference per frame in the image of the face part of the subject extracting power information of each band power and absolute total power (ATP) through an FFT processing procedure of the micro-movement data and calculating a power occurrence amount in a specific band by calculating each power information obtained through FFT processing with a ratio.
