PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technologies capable of precisely reflecting the result of specification on the computation of indexes such as a C/D ratio when a target region is specified while observing a stereoscopically visible stereoscopic fundus image consisting of a pair of left and right fundus images.
SOLUTION: An operators dominant eye is assumed to be the right eye. The fundus image processing device 1 comprises a display part 151 for displaying the stereoscopic fundus image GLR consisting of a pair of left and right fundus images GL and GR, and an operating part 152 for the operator to specify the target region such as an optic papilla region or a depressed region based on the displayed stereoscopic fundus image GLR. A position specifying part 12 specifies a region on the fundus image GR (the fundus image on the dominant eye side) corresponding to the target region specified by the operator. A control part 10 displays the fundus image GR on the display part 151, and displays image information, such as the image of the outer edge of the papilla or the image of the outer edge of the depressed region, expressing the region specified by the position specifying part 12 on the fundus image GR.
