The present disclosure provides a bacterium-containing hydrogel including: hydrogel, bacteria, and metabolites. The hydrogel including a plurality of polymer chains crosslinked with each other, each polymer chain including at least one polyethylene glycol chain. The bacteria are in the hydrogel, and the bacteria use the polymer chains as carbon source to ferment. The metabolites are produced during the fermentation of the polymer chains, and the metabolites distribute in the hydrogel.
