An embodiment of the present invention relates to a communication method of an endoscope apparatus having a detachable camera unit. The method comprises the steps of: determining whether a user terminal is within a predetermined radius transmitting a location registration signal to a first server if the user terminal is not within the predetermined radius transmitting a message-join to the user terminal through the first server determining whether joining with the user terminal has been successfully performed and receiving a message-alive from the user terminal, and transmitting image data to the user terminal through the first server when the joining is successfully performed.
