PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent a contained liquid from permeating to a filter of a dispensing container with the filter using a delamination bottle before the container is used for the first time, and to reduce dispensing resistance when the container is used for a second time and thereafter.SOLUTION: A fitting section 31c is formed in a dispensing path of a plug 3. A plug body 34 is fitted into the fitting section 31c so as to be separated from the fitting section 31c due to an increase of the internal pressure of an inner-layer bag 22 by a squeezing the deformation of a body of an outer-layer bottle 21. The dispensing path is closed by the plug body 34 fitted into the fitting section 31c. After the plug body 34 is separated from the fitting section 31c, a space between the inner-layer bag 22 and a filter 33 is in a state that liquid can pass therethrough.
