An edible foodstuff product piece 12, such as a chocolate bar, is enclosed in a wrapper 14 of flexible material. The wrapper is generally opaque but has a see-through window 40 and the product piece has at least one raised formation located outside the region which is in registration with the window which touches an inner surface of an opaque region of the wrapper and spaces the product piece from the window. This prevents smudging of the product piece on the inside of the window. The raised formation may be a peripheral ridge 30 extending along two opposed sides in a feed direction of the wrapper. Rounded shapes 34 may be included on the front face 16 of the product piece and visible through the window. The product piece may have an aperture (Fig. 4, 142) and an inner portion of the wrapper may include a graphic (Fig. 4, 144) which can be seen through the window (Fig. 4, 140).L'invention concerne un morceau de produit alimentaire comestible (12) qui est enveloppé dans un emballage (14) en matériau souple.
