PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underskin negative pressure maintaining implement extremely simple in structure, easily usable and creating an appropriate negative pressure state to cells under the skin S.SOLUTION: The underskin negative pressure maintaining implement 10 for maintaining a state of creating negative pressure under the skin S includes an elastic holding part 11 shaped to join a pair of curved surfaces Ra, Rb of different curvature with a ridgeline L as a boundary, and a sticky adhesive surface 12 provided on the top surface on the side, facing the skin S, of the holding part 11.
