Further, use of a compound of Formula I, or an isomer, pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof for anti-apoptosis is provided, preventing or treating a disease or disorder associated with apoptosis； especially for protecting cardiomyocyte, preventing or treating a disease or disorder associated with cardiomyocyte apoptosis.
