PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus which can perform ophthalmologic measurement with accuracy without the influence of refractive characteristics of an examined eye, and an ophthalmologic measuring method.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic apparatus in the invention is equipped with an optical system, a control unit 9, and a display part 10 in a head part. The optical system includes: an observation system 12； a fixation target projection system 13 having a VCC lens 13j in an optical path； an objective-type measurement system 14 having a ring-shaped luminous flux projection system 14A projecting a ring-shaped measuring pattern to an ocular fundus Ef of an examined eye E and a ring-shaped luminous flux light receiving system 14B detecting an image of the measuring pattern； a subjective-type measurement system 15； and alignment systems 16, 17. The control unit 9 controls the VCC lens 13j to correct astigmatism based on eye refractive power measured by the objective-type measurement system 14 in advance and provides a fixation target in a state where the astigmatism is corrected, and the eye refractive power of the examined eye E is measured by the objective-type measurement system 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2【課題】被検眼の屈折特性に影響されることなく、眼科測定を正確に行うことが可能な眼科装置及び眼科測定方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の眼科装置は、ヘッド部に、光学系と、制御部９と、表示部１０とを備える。光学系は、観察系１２と、ＶＣＣレンズ１３ｊを光路内に有する固視標投影系１３と、被検眼Ｅの眼底Ｅｆにリング状の測定パターンを投影するリング状光束投影系１４Ａ及び測定パターンの像を検出するリング状光束受光系１４Ｂを有する他覚式測定系１４と、自覚式測定系１５と、アライメント系１６，１７とを備える。制御部９は、他覚式測定系１４により予め測定した眼屈折力に基づいて、乱視を矯正するようにＶＣＣレンズ１３ｊを制御し、乱視が矯正された状態で固視標を提示し、他覚式測定系１４により被検眼Ｅの眼屈折力を測定する。【選択図】図２
