PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vaporizer capable of sufficiently performing absorption and volatilization in an absorption/volatilization member even when the tool is held by erecting an outer container, volatilizing most of an enclosed volatile agent substantially to the last, and eliminating the need to worry about the overflow of the volatile agent from the absorption/volatilization member when the vaporizer is used in a comparatively high-temperature environment.
SOLUTION: The vaporizer for the volatile agent 21 is provided, wherein an inner container 2 filled with the volatile agent 21 such as an aromatic substance and composed of a sealed and breakable glass ampoule is inserted into the bottomed outer container 1 which is at least partially formed of a flexible material and includes an opening part 11 at the top end, and the absorption/volatilization member 3 formed of a base material to absorb the volatile agent 21 is fitted to the opening part 11 of the outer container 1. At least one suction core 4 arranged in a gap between the outer container 1 and the inner container 2 is disposed between the bottom part of the outer container 1 and the absorption/volatilization member 3.
