A device (10) for connecting openings (24, 26) for the passage of a fluid, made in an attachment body (22) of an endoscope (12) to a washing, cleaning, sterilizing and possibly drying circuit, having a plurality of feed pipes (14, 16), comprises housing means (32) for the attachment body (22) of the endoscope (12), fluidic connection means (42) to connect the attachment body (22) to the feed pipes (14, 16), mechanical connection means (53) to clamp the attachment body (22) to the housing means (32). The fluidic connection means (42) are distinct from, and are configured to act on different parts of, the attachment body (22) compared with the mechanical connection means (53). The fluidic connection means (42) are formed by connection components (44, 46) distinct and autonomous from each other, each cooperating exclusively and univocally with a corresponding one of the openings (24, 26).
