The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition having a moisturizing action comprising, in a physiologically acceptable medium and in parts by weight based on the total weight of the composition: a) from 0.001 to 0.007 parts by weight of at least one cosmetically acceptable salt of lactic acid； b) from 0.002 to 0.014 parts by weight of at least one amino acid selected from: L- serine, glycine, leucine, lysine, proline, valine, tyrosine, glutamic acid, alanine, aspartic acid, arginine, tryptophan, histidine, phenylalanine, ornithine, threonine, and mixtures thereof； c) from 0.001 to 0.007 parts by weight of trehalose； and d) from 0.0005 to 0.005 parts by weight of at least one cosmetically acceptable salt of zinc.
