PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the shortcomings of conventional termite repellents, in which only the preventive repellent effect of termites is retained, and the re-construction is required every 5 years, and the pillars, braces and foundations in the wall are virtually impossible to re-construct. (EN) Provided is a boron-based termite exterminating insecticide, preservative, and anticide which is improved and has semipermanent continuous insecticidal efficacy without the need for re-construction and is safe for humans and the environment. SOLUTION: A transparent solution is obtained by mixing DOT:boric acid:borax:sodium bicarbonate:salt:warm water in a ratio of 1 to 2:1 to 2:1:1 to 10:1:71 to 200.
