The present invention relates to a force measurable surgery clamp capable of retraining a surgery target by maintaining a clamp shape and of effectively measuring the force applied to the surgery target. According to the present invention, there is a force measurable surgery clamp including first and second pincers which approach or move away from each other to restrain a surgery target. The force measurable surgery clap includes the first pincer provided with a first recessed part recessed inwardly from a surface facing the surgery target； a first dielectric elastic member having one surface making surface-contact with the first recessed part； an electrode part having a pair of electrodes disposed to face both surfaces of the first dielectric elastic member such that a distance between the electrodes is varied according to external force applied to the electrodes； and a first finishing part making surface-contact with the opposite surface of the first dielectric elastic member and formed corresponding to the first recessed part to be inserted into the first recessed part.
