PURPOSE: An apparatus for vaporizing sterilants in a low temperature plasma sterilizer is provided to use activated sterilants for sterilizing the bacteria remaining on the surfaces of surgical instruments and medical appliances by spraying the vaporized sterilants into a vacuum chamber, thereby enhancing sterilization efficiency.CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for vaporizing sterilants in a low temperature plasma sterilizer comprises a chamber(30) to store an object to be sterilized and to perform sterilization by reactions of activated sterilant ions and plasma electrons a plasma generator(20) to generate plasma within the chamber a vaporizer(60) to vaporize sterilants by hitting the sterilants to a high temperature heater in the internal space thereof a second solenoid(50) to discharge the air within the vaporizer to the outside for vacuumizing the vaporizer a capsule injector(120) to supply the sterilants to the vaporizer a first solenoid(110) to inject the sterilants into the vaporizer a temperature controller(100) to control the temperature in the vaporizer a sprayer(40) to spray the sterilants into the chamber and a central processing unit(80) to control the temperature controller.
