The present invention relates to a direct injection type treating device, capable of simply separating precipitates and floating matters from a treatment liquid when washing or steaming an object to be treated, such as fruit and vegetable and reusing the purified treatment liquid. To achieve the purpose of the present invention, the direct injection type treating device includes: a treatment tank accommodating the treatment liquid for treating the object to be treated and including a precipitate collection unit accommodating the precipitates on the bottom, wherein the treatment tank includes an inclined wall unit on a side； a discharge nozzle unit installed in the treatment tank to face each other and supplying the treatment liquid to the treatment tank； a discharge unit transferring the treatment liquid to the discharge nozzle unit； an aeration nozzle unit installed in the treatment tank to face each other and supplying gas to the treatment tank； an aeration unit transferring gas to the aeration nozzle unit； a filter unit receiving a mixed liquid of the treatment liquid and the precipitate accommodated in the precipitate collection unit and resupplying the treatment liquid to the treatment tank by separating the treatment liquid from the mixed liquid； and a floating matter collection unit collecting the floating matter generated in the treatment liquid in accordance with treatment of the object to be treated.본 발명은 과일, 야채 엽채 등과 같은 처리물을 세척 또는 증숙 처리할 때, 처리액에서 침전물은 물론 부유물을 간편하게 분리시키고, 정화된 처리액을 재사용할 수 있도록 하는 직분사식 처리장치에 관한 것이다.이를 위해 직분사식 처리장치는 처리물의 처리를 위한 처리액이 수용되고 바닥에는 침전물이 수용되는 침전물포집부가 구비되며 측면에는 경사벽부가 구비되는 처리조, 처리조에 상호 마주보도록 구비되어 처리액을 처리조에 공급하는 토출노즐유닛과, 토출노즐유닛에 처리액을 전달하는 토출유닛과, 처리조에 상호 마주보도록 구비되어 기체를 처리조에 공급하는 폭기노즐유닛과, 폭기노즐유닛에 기체를 전달하는 폭기유닛과, 침전물포집부에 수용되는 침전물과 처리액의 혼합액을 공급받아 혼합액으로부터 처리액을 분리하여 처리조에 재공급하는 필터유닛과, 처리물의 처리에 따라 처리액에서 발생되는 부유물을 포집시키는 부유물포집유닛을 포함한다.
