PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical microscope apparatus capable of sucking only a drape at a periphery of a surgical microscope.SOLUTION: An intake port 15 is provided at a tip end of a horizontal arm 6, so that, by binding the vicinity of the tip end of the horizontal arm 6 with a band 20, the surgical microscope apparatus can suck only a drape P at the periphery of a surgical microscope 14. The drape P at the periphery of the surgical microscope 14 is sucked so as not to block a field of vision of an operator D. The surgical microscope apparatus does not suck the drape P covering the horizontal arm 6 and a vertical arm 3 so as not to deteriorate the operability. Further, the horizontal arm 6 and the like have a hollow structure and therefore, the interior thereof can be used as a ventilation path. Consequently, there is no need to use a suction tube or the like additionally.【課題】手術顕微鏡の周辺のみのドレープを吸引することができる手術顕微鏡装置を提供する。【解決手段】横アーム６の先端側に吸気口１５があるため、横アーム６の先端付近をバンド２０により縛ることにより、手術顕微鏡１４辺のドレープＰだけを吸引することができる。手術顕微鏡１４周辺のドレープＰが吸引されるため術者Ｄの視界が遮られることはない。また横アーム６や縦アーム３を覆うドレープＰは吸引しないため、操作性が損なわれることはない。更に横アーム６等が中空構造のため、その内部を通気路として利用することができ、吸気用のチューブ等を別途用いる必要がない。【選択図】図１
