PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-in-water emulsion composition which provides rich use feeling (thick and heavy moist feeling) while also providing little sticky feeling and excellent stability.SOLUTION: An oil-in-water emulsion composition contains (A) a polyglyceryl fatty acid ester, (B) an anionic surfactant, (C-1) stearyl alcohol, (C-2) behenyl alcohol, and (D) a lecithin. The contents of (A) the polyglyceryl fatty acid ester, (B) the anionic surfactant, (C-1) the stearyl alcohol and (C-2) the behenyl alcohol are set in prescribed ranges so as to provide the rich use feeling while also providing little sticky feeling and high stability.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
