A granular aromatic plant product consisting of aromatic plants and an osmotic component, wherein said aromatic plants comprise from at least 0.5 wt.% Dry matter up to 48 wt.% Dry matter and encapsulated in said osmotic components, wherein said product has a granular form. 2. The granular aromatic plant product according to claim 1, wherein said aromatic plants comprise from 0.55 wt.% Dry matter up to 10 wt.% Dry matter of the product. The granular aromatic plant product according to claim 2, wherein said aromatic plants comprise from 0.55 wt.% Dry matter up to 5 wt.% Dry matter of the product. The granular aromatic plant product according to claim 1, wherein said aromatic plants contain plants of the genus Allium. The granular aromatic plant product according to claim 4, wherein said Allium plants are one or more selected from onions (A. sulfur), Oshanin onions (A.oschaninii), grape onions (A.ampeloprasum), shallots (A. ascalonicum), chives (A.schoenoprasum) and garlic (A. sativum) .6. The granular aromatic plant product according to claim 1, wherein said aromatic plants contain one or more selected from celery, mushrooms, coriander, basil, parsley, ginger. The granular aromatic plant product of claim 1, wherein said osmotic component is sodium chloride, or MSG, or a mixture thereof.
