PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sanitary panties which allows a wearer to wear in a comfortable state without feeling tightening on an abdominal part and which can prevent lateral leakage of menstrual blood even in sleep time in night.SOLUTION: The sanitary panties comprise: a flexible body fabric 30 for forming an external surface of the panties； a rear bodice waterproof cloth which is arranged on a skin facing surface side of the body fabric 30 and provided on at least whole crotch part 13； and cylindrical parts 20 extending annularly in a leg surrounding direction. The cylindrical parts 20 respectively comprise an inside part 21 positioned on inside of a lateral direction X, and an outside part 22 positioned on an outside of the lateral direction X, and the inside part 21 is formed of a part of the crotch part 13.
