PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nylon cord cutter that has a simple structure and is capable of preventing grass or soil from being scattered to a worker side, and provide a working machine using the same.SOLUTION: A nylon cord cutter includes a connection case connected to a working machine with an output shaft projecting in the downward direction at one end of a rod part and connected to the one end of the rod part, a connecting shaft stored in the connection case and connected to the output shaft, a rotating shaft connected to the connecting shaft, a nylon cord case rotated by the rotating shaft, and a nylon cord provided in an outer circumference of the nylon cord case and used as a rotating blade.
